Paul Young’s monitor engineer 2019. 35 Years of ‘No Parlez’ tour. That was fun; nice bloke, great band, decent crew. Still mixing shows for Paul.

Joy Division Orchestrated. Monitor Engineer. Royal Albert Hall for a warm up show, then a trip round Australia. A couple more shows in 2022.

Duane Eddy 80th Birthday Tour. Monitor Engineer. Only two shows but well worth it. An honour.

Hacienda Classical. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.  Monitor Engineer. 150+ inputs, 64 outputs. Busy little gig, mostly festivals.

Monitor engineer for Magnum for at least ten years. I guess they liked me.

Did several years as Monitor Engineer for Uriah Heep before they decided they didn’t like me.

Other shows last decade include Thin Lizzy at Ramblin’ Man Festival and looking after the monitors in the Big Top for Wigwam Acoustics at the Isle of Wight Festival (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2021) and various other fields and arenas.

Lots of touring over the years means I’ve learnt how to use just about every digital desk there is, from Digico to Midas, Yamaha to Soundcraft and SSL and those ones with the mushroom knobs that Americans like. I even know how to use two different models of Innovason. Most people haven’t even seen two different models of Innovason console.
